Ken gives a talk on how are current method to education is more harmful to creativity and the expression of art due to foundations set in motion by a now defunct era of industrialism. He says as we grow older we loose that spark in us that made us creative because we are taught so hardly not to make mistakes and because we do not will ourselves to make mistakes we do not will ourselves to express new ideas and freedom, for everyone has to be right now.

David Perry: Are Games better than life?
http://www.ted.com/talks/david_perry_on_videogames.html

David talks about how video games may advance in the oncoming years, saying how they will be a bigger part of our lives than, films, literature or some art will be.

Personal note: I don't think his points of view were all that new or interesting, or worth a TED talk that much.

Quotes:-
"43% of Gamers are FEMALE."

"The average age of gamers is 30+"

Tim Brown: Tales of creativity and play
http://www.ted.com/talks/tim_brown_on_creativity_and_play.html
Tim talks mostly about how children perceive the world through their eyes and are not limited by doubts, originality or the illusion of mistakes, while at the same time making it very evident they do not treat play childishly, establishing rules of play in which the means to play can be control with out loosing focus.

He also tried out many forms of creative exercises with his audience in how to be fun and enjoy doing a creative form of thinking, while still keeping things structured.

Quotes:-
"Friendship is a shortcut to play"

"Gives us a sense of trust and gives us the creative risk, which is a short cut for a designer"

"Playfulness is important, why is it important?"

"You can do a lot more with boxes than you can with a toy"
